Stand Your Ground Law comment 2

I am still learning a lot about the law but I still find that there are not many facts to this law.  I believe in protecting yourself but this law is way out of control.  I believe sometimes you can talk it out or just retreat are better options.  I like that I can protect myself but I don't believe in violence before the facts are known.

    Good points, Do you believe that no matter what even if a defendant uses the Stand Your Ground, he or she should still have to prove to a jury their force was necessary?

      I think they still should stand trial with Jack McCoy as the DA.

    I agree, there are still too many unknown facts and it is just too broad and generalized.
